The foundation of our method is first and foremost, an uplifting, energetic and supportive environment that will inspire and empower you to become the best version of yourself. Our coaches or “transformologists” will motivate and encourage you. Our goal is to provide an amazing, fun and challenging workout, that will leave you energized and enhance your mood, an environment of acceptance and positive vibes, to promote self-love and confidence, and create a community of individuals with a common goal of supporting and encouraging each other while enhancing your physical and mental well-being. We will strive to inspire and empower you to transform into the strongest and best version of yourself.
The “best version of yourself” is highly personal and we will support and encourage each of you to identify what you want from the workout and our fitness community and then support you in reaching those goals. We believe that exercise should be a vital part of that process. That does NOT mean that in order to become your best version of yourself that you have to change your body shape, or lose pounds or inches, although it is very likely that our classes will help you do so if that is part of your personal goals. Exercise improves our physical health and well-being. It negates stress and releases endorphins, serotonin and other feel-good neurotransmitters that improves are moods. Exercise sometimes pushes our physical and mental limits which builds confidence, resilience and strength. It helps to build a supportive tribe. Exercise gives us permission to be kind and loving towards ourselves through self care. We encourage you to exercise because you LOVE your body.
